Interactive facility familiarisation

Help people learn your facility before they arrive.

We work with oil and gas operators, service companies and other equipment-heavy organizations to shape guided digital facility experiences for employee, contractor and visitor onboarding.

The onboarding challenge

A site is easier to understand when people can explore it.

New starters, visitors and contractors may need to learn where key areas and equipment are, how a facility is organized, and what to expect before mobilization.

A guided interactive experience can make that orientation more visual and repeatable. It can help a trainer explain the layout and reinforce selected learning points alongside your existing induction process.

Designed around your audience

  • Employee and new-starter orientation
  • Contractor familiarisation before mobilization
  • Visitor orientation and guided walkthroughs
  • Equipment and process-area introductions
  • Presenter-led demonstrations for training teams
A practical, collaborative process

From facility knowledge to a guided learning experience.

The facility, route and learning points are agreed with your team. Technical and HSE content remains subject to your review and approval.

  1. Choose an audience

Define who the experience is for and what they should understand after the session.

  2. Agree a facility scope

Select the area, facility information, reference materials and access needed for the agreed pilot.

  3. Build the learning route

Shape the walkthrough, equipment introductions and knowledge checks around reviewed content.

  4. Review and evaluate

Walk through the experience with your team, gather learner feedback and agree suitable next steps.

See the approach

Explore the facility-training demonstration.

Our current demonstration uses a fictional process facility to show a presenter-led buyer route, guided learner exploration, equipment lessons and a knowledge check.

It illustrates the type of experience we can discuss with prospective customers. A customer project would be scoped around the facility information available, intended learners, agreed content and technical review requirements.

Book a guided demo

What the demonstration does—and does not show

  • A guided, interactive facility walkthrough and learning journey
  • Example equipment explanations, knowledge checks and session feedback
  • A fictional facility; it is not a replica of a customer asset
  • Illustrative content, not approved operating procedures
  • Learning support, not certification or proof of competence
A focused starting point

Start with one use case and a defined pilot.

A pilot gives both teams a concrete way to assess the fit, content-review effort and learner response before deciding whether to expand.

One facility area

Focus on a selected process area, workshop, plant zone or visitor route.

One learner group

Prioritize a clear audience such as new employees, contractors or visitors.

Agreed evaluation

Set practical review criteria with your team, such as usability, learner feedback or completion of the familiarisation route.
